There are regular analyst “report cards” for consulting companies, and shortly after I joined Publicis Sapient I had the opportunity to work on one of them.
The process of preparing for the review was intense. A large, cross-capability team got together to bring everything in focus for the Forrester reviewers. It all helped me more deeply understand how invaluable it is to have the analyst community out there to be a measuring stick for our work.
